What do I get after the inspection?

You’ll receive a written summary with photos, highlighting any major concerns and recommendations for further investigation if needed.

What does the inspection cover?

We check for visible issues with structure, moisture, compliance risks and anything that might signal deeper problems. It’s not invasive; we don’t remove panels or test moisture levels, but it’s a solid first filter.

Do you offer full building reports?

Are you qualified to do inspections?
